Our Programs
Mini Skillz - (Ages 2-3)
Mini Skillz is a science-backed martial arts for toddlers program (ages 2–3) that builds strong early-life skills through playful, age-appropriate activities. Helping your child improve motor skills, body awareness, problem-solving, and social skills like sharing, while enjoying meaningful bonding time with you in a safe, high-energy environment that gently grows confidence and early discipline.
Early Skillz - (Ages 3-4)
Early Skillz is martial arts for toddlers (ages 3–4) that turns big energy into focus through fun, structured classes. Helping your child build coordination, listen better, follow directions, and practice self-control, all while growing real confidence and discipline in a positive, encouraging environment.
Basic Skillz - (Ages 5-6)
Basic Skillz is a structured martial arts program built specifically for 5–6 year-olds, combining fun, age-appropriate challenges with consistent practice so kids build stronger confidence, better coordination, and real discipline—while improving focus, control, memory, balance, fitness, and teamwork one skill at a time as they earn stripes and progress.
Core Skillz - (Ages 7-9)
Core Skillz is a high-energy martial arts program for elementary-age kids (typically ages 7–9) that builds confidence and discipline through skill-focused training. Each class spotlights one of the “8 Core Skillz” (like agility, technique, perseverance, speed, and concentration) using repetition, games, and achievement stripes so kids stay motivated, focused, and proud of their progress.
Extreme Skillz - (Ages 10-14)
Extreme Skillz is a high-level martial arts program for ages 10–14 that combines advanced training with real-world personal development—helping pre-teens build stronger confidence, sharper focus, and emotional resilience through a structured, age-appropriate curriculum that challenges them in the right ways as they grow.
SPECTRUM SKILLZ - AGES (6-12)
This program was designed to target children on the spectrum for ages 6 and up. The program introduces specialized skill-based training for children who have limited physical, intellectual, social, and/or emotional abilities.
Elite Skillz (Ages 15+)
Martial arts classes are fun, empowering, and provide a great workout for adults. Students in this age group will be welcomed into our Impact program.
Birthday Parties
Try something new this year! Let us do all the planning and prep work for a party with one of the following themes: Ninja, Nerf Wars or Dance!
After School Program
Most kids can't wait for the school day to end, usually for the wrong reasons! But when kids participate in the Building Essential Skills Today (B.E.S.T.) after-school martial arts program at Apexx Child Development Center, their excitement is justified!
Summer Camp / School Break Camps
We offer early drop-off and late pick-up so you'll never have to worry about a single thing. Just drop your kids off, and we'll take care of the rest! You can find us in Warner Robins & Bonaire.
