What is Extreme SKILLZ?

Pre-teens and young teens crave independence, challenge, and belonging—but they’re also navigating rapid physical, emotional, and social changes. That’s why Extreme SKILLZ was designed specifically for 10- to 14-year-olds.

By combining advanced martial arts training with science-backed child development methods, we help students grow stronger in body, mind, and character. Each class pushes them just enough to boost confidence, sharpen focus, and build emotional resilience.

How the Program Works

Here’s a look at the class structure:

• Energizing warm-up and mobility training

• “Mat Chat” discussing the day’s skill and its real-life application

• Drill stations to build and test the featured skill

• Stripe testing to mark progress

• Social game or challenge to build peer connection

Classes run twice per week. Every 10 weeks, your child will test for the next belt, earning stripes for each skill as they go. The curriculum increases in complexity at each rank.
